PCSO which runs the legal major and minor lotto games in the country offers cash assistance to the Filipinos through its medical assistance program. It is open for those who are confined in the hospitals and as well as those who are undergoing certain treatments like chemotherapy and dialysis. You may also apply for it to get assistance for medical expenses like the prescription medicines.

PCSO Medical Assistance Requirements (Specific Requirements for Chemotherapy Patients):
- original copy of treatment protocol with signature, name, and license number of oncologist/attending physician
- index Card for patients with previous assistance
- an original prescription with printed full name, signature, and license number of oncologist/ attending physician
- photocopy of Surgical/Histopathology/Biopsy Result
You must write a letter addressed to the PCSO and submit it to a branch of the lotto agency nearest to you along with the requirements or the aforementioned documents.
