BPI LOANS REQUIREMENTS – Here are the documents required under each loan offer of the Bank of the Philippine Islands.
The Bank of the Philippine Islands, more commonly called BPI, is one of the most trusted and the biggest banks in the country with multiple loan offers. It has a personal multi-purpose cash loan offer for those who are in need of cash to be used for different purposes.
BPI also offers a housing loan to finance a residential property acquisition, house construction, home renovation, and home loan takeout. The bank also has a car loan offer to finance a vehicle purchase. There are different requirements under these BPI loans.
BPI Loans Requirements
BPI Personal Cash Loan
For employed applicants:
- duly-accomplished BPI Personal Loan Application Form
- valid ID issued by the Philippine government (with photo and signature)
- latest three (3) months payslips or latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Form 2316
For self-employed applicants:
- duly-accomplished BPI Personal Loan Application Form
- valid ID issued by the Philippine government (with photo and signature)
- 3 years of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) or latest ITR
- Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)

BPI Auto Loan
If employed:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- copy of Certificate of Employment with compensation
- copy of ITR
If self-employed:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- copy of business registration papers
- copy of articles of incorporation (if applicable)
- copy of ITR
- copy of the latest financial statements
- list of trade references including addresses and contact numbers

BPI Housing Loan
For employed applicants:
- duly-accomplished BPI Housing Loan Application Form
- latest Certificate of Employment (COE)
- latest 3 months pay slip
- latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
- authorization letter to verify employment
- proof of income
- bank statements of payroll account with authorization letter for verification
- If commission-based income:
- Bank statement where commission is credited, with authorization letter to verify
- Certificate of employment stating commissions received prior year/months/period and Commissions Receivable, if any
For pensioner applicants:

- details of crewing manager for seafarers
