Update on BPI Transfer Fees Using InstaPay
BPI TRANSFER FEES – The Bank of the Philippine Islands made an announcement that it reduced its transfer charges to other banks to P10.
One of the giants in the banking industry in the Philippines is the BPI or the Bank of the Philippine Islands. There are over 700 branches of the bank across the nation. Thus, millions of Filipinos are clients of the bank.

However, with regards to certain transactions like transferring money online, there are charges. Most banks apply fees in transferring money. Recently, the Bank of the Philippine Islands announced that the BPI transfer fees through InstaPay is reduced from P25 to P10.
On social media, BPI posted that the reduced transfer fees cover online money transfers to banks including G-Xchange/GCash and Maya. According to the bank, the said reduced BPI transfer fees can be availed through the BPI app and the BPI online.

According to BPI, the reduce transfer charges runs from March 7 until May 31, 2025. On its post, countless netizens expressed gladness on the move of the banking giant.

- Step 1 — Open your BPI app, then tap “Transfer” > “To another bank”
- Step 2 — Select which account you’re transferring from
- Step 3 — Select the bank you want to transfer to in the list under InstaPay
- Step 4 — Type in the account details and the amount you want to transfer
- Step 5 — Confirm with Mobile Key
