PAG-IBIG CALAMITY LOAN REQUIREMENTS 2025 – The locally-employed members of the Fund must submit the following documents to apply for the offer.

The Pag-IBIG Fund has several loan offers. Aside from the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan offer, the state-run entity also has the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan. It was designed to provide for the members in times of financial needs due to natural disasters.

The amount that a qualified member can loan from the Fund can help them in recovering from the impacts of a calamity. It is an edge to have something to turn to during these instances which are unfortunately inevitable.

The Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan offer is an option for members who have posted at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings under the Pag-IBIG Regular Savings. The member-borrower must be residing in an area declared under a State of Calamity.

There are a few Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan requirements for application. If you are a locally-employed member of the Fund, to avail the loan offer, here are the documents required by the Fund for application:

  • duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Application Form
  • one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
  • proof of income:
    • The employer must accomplish the “Certificate of Net Pay” portion at the back of the application form or submit a photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”

The Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan requirements have additional documents in case the loan application will be filed by an authorized representative of the member. Here are the documents required if the loan application will be filed by an authorized representative:

  • Authorization Letter
  • one (1) photocopy of a valid ID of the representative

According to the Pag-IBIG Fund, in case of El Niña phenomenon, there are additional Pag-IBIG Housing Loan requirements for application as well. You can check here the documents required by the Fund in certain cases:

  • Certification from the Municipal Agricultural Office (MAO) that their products were affected by the calamity
  • Certification from the Market Vendors Association or certification from the Municipal Mayor attesting that he is engaged in the selling of farm products, vegetable, meat, fish, and that his source of livelihood was affected by the calamity
  • Medical Certificate from the Doctor stating that such diseases/illness brought by the onset of calamity
