- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
- Company ID (if signature bearing) issued by Covered Person registered with or supervised/regulated by BSP, SEC, or Insurance Commission
 
According to Metrobank, you need to be an existing principal credit cardholder for at least nine (9) months already to qualify for the loan offer.
