DBP LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the documents in applying for the Development Financing Loan offer of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP).
One of the government banks in the country is the Development Bank of the Philippines. It has several offers to the public – savings and deposit accounts, loans, and other financing services.
One of the loan offers of the bank is the Development Financing Loan offer. There are documents in applying for it.
DBP Loan Requirements for Development Financing Loan
General Requirements:
- duly filled-out loan application letter or Letter of Intent indicating
amount of loan and purpose - duly-accomplished Customer Record Form (DBP Form)
- duly-accomplished Customer Information Sheet (DBP Form) for each stakeholder in the company
Specific Requirements:
- For Single Proprietor
- DTI Registration
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the sole proprietorship
- For Corporation / Partnership
- Certified true copy of Articles of Incorporation/Partnership, and amendments
- Certified true copy of SEC Registration
- Certified true copy of By-laws, and amendments (if any)
- TlN of Corporation/Partnership
- Opinion of Legal Counsel
- Certified true copy of Board/ Partnership resolution or Secretary’ s Certificate/s attesting to the passage of Board/Partnership resolution authorizing the borrowing of a certain amount of money
- For Cooperatives
- Certified true copies of Articles of Cooperation, By-laws, and CDA Registration
Other Requirements:
- Project Feasibility Study, if any.
- List of required government approvals and status of compliance
- Copy of Supplier’s Agreement/Contract/Memorandum of Understanding
- Description of Project including fund sources and uses
- Approved Building/Floor Plan
- Permit to Construct
- Other documents may be required by the Account Officer (AO) for loan evaluation
