LANDBANK LOAN REQUIREMENTS – The Landbank of the Philippines has three (3) housing loan offers and here are the required documents.
When it comes to housing loans, one of the banks that has multiple offers is the Landbank of the Philippines. It is a government-owned bank in the country and most of its services aim to help the poor.
Landbank Loan Requirements for Housing Loans
Landbank Easy Home Loan
This housing loan offer is open to finance property acquisition, house construction, and refinancing of existing home loan.
If the applicant-borrower is employed:
- Personal Information Data Sheet
- latest pay slip with take home net pay of borrower indicated
- Certificate of Employment
- any two (2) of the following latest billing statements:
- phone bill
- electric bill
- credit card bill
- water bill
- TV subscription bill
If the applicant-borrower is a private individual who owns a business or with an established source of income:
- Biodata
- registration and licenses of business
- Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the last three (3) years duly-authenticated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Landbank Developer’s End-Buyers Financing Tie-Up
This loan offer helps the borrower buy or construct house through an accredited developer. It also aims to help developers grow their business.
From the end buyer or borrower:
- duly-accomplished loan application form with 1″ x 1″ photo
- latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with stamp of BIR
- latest certificate of income and employment
- marriage contract, if applicable
From the developer:
- Certified Lot Plan
- Certified Location and Vicinity Map
- Master of Deed of Restriction (if the property is condominium)
- In photocopies:
- TCT/CCT
- Tax Declaration
- Real Estates Tax Receipt
- HLURB Certification of Registration of Project
- HLURB Locational Clearance
Bahay para sa Bagong Bayani (3B) (for Overseas Filipino Workers)
For credit analysis:
- duly-accomplished loan application form 1″x1″ photo
- copy of employment contract
For appraisal:
- latest Real Estate Tax Receipts
- lot plan
- location and vicinity map
- in photocopies:
- TCT/CCT
- Tax Declaration
