Self-Employed Individual

- SEC/ DTI Certificate of Registration
- latest 6 months bank statements with average monthly deposit of Php 200,000
- 2 years Audited Financial Statements
- list of 3 major suppliers and 3 major customers
In applying for the loan offer, apart from the Maybank Personal Loan requirements, there are fees that the loan applicants must be prepared of. The bank charges a documentary stamp which is Php 1.50 for every Php 200 if the loan amount is Php 250,000 and above. The bank also charges a Credit Life Insurance fee.
