- government-issued IDs
- Certificate of No Records of Marriage (CENOMAR) if single or Marriage Certificate if married
- 3 months payslip
- Certificate of Employment for both spouses
- Income Tax Return (latest year)
Self-Employed Applicants. In the case of professionals and individuals who are running a business, here are the Maybank Home Equity Loan requirements for application:
- completed and signed Maybank Housing Loan Application Form
- government-issued IDs
- Certificate of No Records of Marriage (CENOMAR) if single or Marriage Certificate if married
- latest 2 years Audited Financial Statements
- Income Tax Return (latest 2 years)
- Business Registration/Permits
- at least 5 company profile/business background or List of Major Suppliers and Customers with contact details
- latest 6 months Bank Statements/Passbook
