Self-Employed Individuals.

- Latest BIR stamped Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 1701 with Audited Financial Statement

The UnionBank Home Loan requirements also include collateral documents for application. In the case of properties under real estate developers that are accredited to the bank, the loan provider requires Contract to Sell (CTS), Reservation Agreement, and Statement of Account.
In the case of properties under the non-accredited real estate developers, the bank requires photocopies of the Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and the Latest Tax Declaration, the location or vicinity map, a valid government-issued ID, the appraisal fee, and the Authorization Letter to conduct Appraisal of Property with Contact Details, Contact Person, and Property Location.
