The DSWD Educational Cash Aid is under the AICS program or the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation. It benefits qualified elementary, secondary, and tertiary level students who came from families dealing with financial struggles.

- School ID / Student ID — The school ID must be presented in applying for the cash aid for the verification of the enrollment of the student-applicant in a school or educational facility. It should be valid and must have been issued by the educational facility or school where the student is currently enrolled.
- Enrollment Form or Registration Document — Another proof of the enrollment to the school or educational institution is the E.F. or the Registration Form.
- Student Fee Slips — This document will help the DSWD in assessing the financial need of the student.
- Parents / Guardians ID — The parent or guardian must have consent the application of the child to the Educational Assistance offer and the presentation of their IDs is a proof of the consent.
- Name of School — You must indicate the fill name of the school or educational institution for verification.

Walk-in Process
Go to the nearest DSWD Central or Field Office. Inform the personnel at the receiving area about your intent to apply for the program and then submit your requirements. You will be given the schedule for your interview. Return on your scheduled date for the assessment.
