HOW TO PAY PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOAN ONLINE – Here is a guide on the steps to paying the monthly amortization through Maya, formerly called PayMaya.
In the Philippines, one of the most popular options when it comes to housing loans is the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan. It is popular for low monthly amortizations and low interest it sets for the members. It also has several other best features like the wide range of repayment methods.
The Pag-IBIG Housing Loan is ready to finance your vacant residential lot or house and lot purchase, house construction, home renovation, or a combination of a lot purchase and a house construction. The loan offer is open not only for locally-employed and self-employed members of the Fund as well as overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
With regards to the repayment of the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, it can be up to 30 years depending on your age at the time of the loan application. The loan amount may be as much as Php 6 million. All loan applications are subject to the approval of the bank.

Step 1
Visit the Pag-IBIG Fund website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph and log in. Click/Tap “e-services”.
Step 2
Click/Tap “Online Payment Facilities” under OTHER SERVICES. Input the following information to proceed with the processing of your housing loan payment:
- Program Type (i.e, MS, MP2, Housing Loan, STL)
- Membership Category (i.e., local or overseas)
- Pag-IBIG ID Number
- Member/Borrower’s Name
- Period Covered To/From
- Period Covered Duration
- Amount
- Mobile Phone Number
- Email Address
Step 3
Enter the Computer Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) and read the terms and conditions set by the Pag-IBIG Fund. If you agree and you wish to proceed, tick the box on the lower portion of the screen page.
Step 4
Click/Tap “Proceed” to confirm the payment details.
Step 5
Provide the card number, card type, and the expiration date of your card. Click/Tap “Pay”.
Step 6
Enter the pass key of your Pag-IBIG card and click/tap “Submit” to complete your Pag-IBIG Housing Loan payment.
If you don’t have a Maya account, there is an easy process on how to open a Maya savings account online. Once you already have an account, you can upgrade it and request for a Maya physical card.
