PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOAN RECONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS – Under developer-assisted accounts, here are the documents required by the Fund.
In the Philippines, the Pag-IBIG Fund is one of the biggest state entities with millions of members across the nation. There are even several overseas Filipino workers or OFWs who are members of the Fund.
Every month, the Fund members may remit the Pag-IBIG monthly contribution to maintain an updated account. A membership with updated savings may qualify a member to the different Pag-IBIG loans.
One of the loan offers of the Fund is the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan for reconstruction. It is crafted to help the member get their house that was damaged by a calamity repaired. It can be developer-assisted.
In the case of developer-assisted accounts, here are the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Reconstruction requirements for application:
Basic Requirements.
BUYER
- Home Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Loan Application with recent ID photos of borrower (2 copies, HQP-HLF-450)
- Proof that the residential property was damaged by calamity
- Proof of Income
- One (1) valid ID (Photocopy, back-to-back) of Principal Borrower and Spouse, Co-Borrower and Spouse, Seller and
Spouse and Developer’s Authorized Representative and Attorney-In-Fact, if applicable
DEVELOPER
- Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) (latest title, photocopy). For Condominium Unit, present TCT of the land and
Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) (photocopy) - Updated Tax Declaration and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (photocopy)
- Deed of Assignment of CTS with SPA (With Buyer’s Conformity)
- Contract-to-Sell (CTS)
- Preliminary/Updated Appraisal
- Borrower’s Validation Sheet (HQP-HLF-058
There are also Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Reconstruction requirements that must be submitted prior to the releasing of the loan proceeds.
Requirements Prior To Loan Release.
- New Tax Declaration and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt in the name of Pag-IBIG Fund or borrower and co-
borrower (Photocopy, if applicable) - Security Documents
- Deed of Absolute Sale executed by Developer in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund or the buyer, as the case may be
- Duly accomplished/notarized Promissory Note (HQP-HLF-466)
- Disclosure Statement on Loan Transaction (HQP-HLF-463)/Disclosure Statement on Buyer’s Transaction (HQP-
HLF-477) - Loan and Mortgage Agreement (HQP-HLF470)
- Certificate of Acceptance (HQP-HLF-083)
