PAG-IBIG HEAL LOAN REQUIREMENTS 2024 – OFW members of the Pag-IBIG Fund may check here the documents required for application.
Many Filipinos are taking a double time in preparing for the future. Among these individuals are overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who want to make the most of every time that they work abroad. Aside from saving money and doing businesses, they also maintain active memberships to state entities like the Pag-IBIG Fund.
Many OFWs are members of the Pag-IBIG Fund. In fact, it is through the popular Pag-IBIG Housing Loan that many Pinoys working abroad and their families have attained a house they own. The said loan offer can finance residential property acquisition, house construction, home renovation, home loan refinancing, as well as the combination of the loan purposes.
If you are a member of the Fund with an existing Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, you may also apply for the Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan or the Pag-IBIG HEAL to achieve your other goals.
The Pag-IBIG HEAL was designed to help members of the Fund who have existing Housing Loan finance their other goals like owning a car. Truth be told that most individuals who have housing loans are left financially-challenged as these loans take up a huge part of the monthly salary.
The Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan was crafted “to help them improve their homes, buy a car, purchase furniture and appliances, or finance other life goals”. The loan offer is up not only for locally-salaried and non-salaried members of the Fund with a Housing Loan that was paid for at least five (5) years already but as well as the OFW members.
