PAG-IBIG HEAL REQUIREMENTS 2025 – If you are a locally-employed member who wants to apply for the loan, you need to prepare these documents.
The Pag-IBIG Fund is one of the state entities with a multi-million member-populace. Its members include both government employees and those who are working in the private sectors. It has several offers for its members.

The Pag-IBIG Fund is operating in the Philippines for several decades now since 1978. Undeniably, among its loan offers, the most popular is the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan that can finance a residential property acquisition, a home renovation, a house construction, a home loan take-out, and even combined loan purposes.
The other popular offers of the Fund are the Calamity Loan and the Multi-Purpose Loan or MPL. Meanwhile, through the years, it has continuously grew its loan offers for its members. It now has the Home Equity Appreciation Loan or popularly known as the Pag-IBIG HEAL.
Undeniably, many members of the Pag-IBIG Fund are still unaware about this loan offer. It serves the very purpose of helping a qualified member achieve his/her other targets in life even while paying for an existing housing loan account under the Fund.


A member of the Fund may apply for the Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan to finance a car purchase, travel, boost your business’ working capital, etc. It is open for both salaried and non-salaried members of the Fund.
With regards to the Pag-IBIG HEAL requirements, it includes both qualifications and documentary requirements which may vary among the employed and self-employed members of the state entity. For a locally-employed Pag-IBIG member to qualify for the loan offer, he/she should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan (HQP-HLF-858)_V01
- duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan, for co-borrower/s (HQP-HLF-868)_V01
- Proof of Income (any of the following):
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC), indicating the gross monthly income and monthly allowances or monthly monetary benefits received by the employee (1 original copy) duly signed by the authorized signatory of the employer
- atest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year immediately preceding the date of loan application, with attached BIR Form No. 2316, duly acknowledged by the BIR or authorized representative of employer
- one (1) Month Payslip, within the last three (3) months prior to date of loan application with name and signature of the authorized signatory of employer
- one (1) valid I.D.
- updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/s as of the quarter immediately preceding the date of application
- Health Statement Forms
- Conformity Form for New/Subsequent Housing Availment (HLF409_V03), for co-borrowers who need to express their consent to the new HEAL application
You need to prepare your ID as part of the Pag-IBIG HEAL requirements for application. You may present any of the following to Pag-IBIG Fund:
- Philippine Identification (PhilID) Card
- Passportincluding those issued by foreign governments
- Driver’s License
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Postal ID
- Voter’s ID
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID
- Barangay Certificationor Barangay IDs or similar documents bearing picture of the Member
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
- Social Security System (SSS) Card
- Senior Citizen Card
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration(OWWA) ID
- Overseas Filipino WorkerID
- Seaman’s Book or Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book (SIRB)
- Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- Government Office and GOCC ID, e.g. AFP ID, Pag-IBIG Fund Loyalty Card
- ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA)
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Company ID issued by Private Entities or Institutions Registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
- PhilHealth Health Insurance Card ng Bayan.
