In case the member-borrower is unable to process his/her loan application, the Fund allows filing by an authorized representative of the borrower. However, the following documents should be included in the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan requirements for application:

  • Authorization Letter
  • one (1) photocopy of a valid ID of the representative

In some cases, the Pag-IBIG Fund got additional Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan requirements for application. Here’s a guide:

  • Certification from the Municipal Agricultural Office (MAO) that their products were affected by the calamity

  • Medical Certificate from the Doctor stating that such diseases/illness brought by the onset of calamity
