Step 1 – Download and accomplish the Multi-Purpose Loan. You may visit this page for the specific link on where to get the form based on your location – https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.

Step 2 – Ask your employer or any authority from your company to sign the “Application Agreement” part of the application form.

Step 3 – Take a photo or scan the following – Accomplished Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity Loan Application Form, one (1) valid ID, Loyalty Card Plus or Landbank, DBO or UCPB Cash Card.

Step 4 – Send the photo or scanned copies of the aforementioned documents to the email address assigned based on the address of your employer.
