How to Register To Konsulta Package PhilHealth Offers
Step 1 — Pick and register at the Konsulta Provider nearest to your residence / workplace. There are two (2) ways that you can choose from in registering such as the following:
- Self-Registration – Register using your PhilHealth Member Portal Account
- Assisted:
- Call the PhilHealth Action Center
- Get assistance from PhilHealth Cares (PCARES) assigned in hospitals
- Visit the nearest PhilHealth branch or Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) for assistance
Step 2 — Get the Authorization Transaction Code (ATC) for the schedule of visit to the Konsulta Provider
- Choose a schedule and generate an ATC through your PhilHealth Member Portal account.
- Get assistance from PCARES, PhilHealth Action Center, PhilHealth branches, or LHIOs
Step 3 — On your scheduled date of visit or check-up, present the Authorization Transaction Code (ATC) to the consultation provider.
