The Bank of the Philippine Islands which has millions of clients across the Philippines and many clients abroad issued an advisory informing the public that all its branches will be closed on Friday, October 31, 2025 which is a special non-working day in the country. Its branches with Saturday banking hours will also have no operation on November 1, 2025 for the observance of the All Saints’ Day.
BDO Unibank
For October 31, 2025, all branches of BDO Unibank will operate until 3:00 p.m. while all branches of the bank will be closed on November 1, 2025.
Security Bank
The Security Bank released an advisory informing the public that all its branches will be closed on October 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025.
Chinabank
Selected branches of Chinabank were opened on October 31, 2025. According to the bank, all its branches will be closed on November 1, 2025.
Landbank
All branches of the Land Bank of the Philippines were closed on Friday, October 31, 2026 which was declared as special non-working day in the country. Being a government bank, all Land Bank branches are also closed today, November 1, 2025.
Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
The DBP, another government bank in the Philippines, cancelled its October 31, 2025 operations as it was declared a special non-working day.
