Employees who report to work during regular holidays receive an extra pay based on the regular holiday computation set under the Labor Code of the Philippines. In the case of employees who did not report to work on a regular holiday, they still receive the day’s pay.

Aside from the regular holiday, there are also special non-working days in the country. During these days, the employees who report to work also receive an extra pay based on the special non-working holiday computation.
