    • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly stamped and received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue or BIR Form 2316 signed by employer’s authorized representative
    • Original Certificate of Employment indicating status, service tenure and compensation breakdown
    • Latest full month’s payslip
    • copy of the latest two (2) months statement of credit card existing at least one (1) year if with credit cards from other banks
