- duly-accomplished Short-Term Loan for Home Improvement Application Form
- proof of income (any of the following):
- ITR (1 certified true copy) (BIR Form No. 1701) duly certified by BIR, Audited Financial Statements (1 photocopy), and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registration and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit (1 photocopy) and sketch of business location.
- Bank Statements (1 original copy) or passbook (1 photocopy) for the last 12 months (in case income is sourced from foreign remittances, pensions, etc.) with authorization from the depositor to conduct bank verification indicating the following information (account name, type, number, opening date, depository bank, signature over printed name of depositor and details of credit investigator from Pag-IBIG Fund).
- Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (LGU for tricycles, LTFRB for other PUVs, MARINA for sea transportation) and a valid Official Receipt/Certificate of Registration (1 photocopy)
- ITR BIR Form No. 1701 for fees on professional services, commissions, or services rendered for the last 12 months. You should submit ITR BIR Form No. 2307 (1 photocopy) to support/supplement the income document mentioned above.
- Commission Voucher (1 photocopy) or Certification of commission received (1 original copy) reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details (for the last 12 months).
- If income is derived from rental payments, submit a Notarized Lease Contract and proof of ownership or rights over the property subject of lease (1 photocopy)
- Certificate of Engagement issued by owner of business/person availing of services (1 original copy)
- Other documents that would validate source of income
- Colored pictures of exterior
- Deed of Negative Pledge with Promissory Note
- Vicinity map/sketch of the location of property showing landmarks
- Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (as of the latest quarter before application)
- Other documentary requirements as may be required by the Pag-IBIG Fund

How to Apply for the Pag-IBIG Home Improvement Loan?
Step 1
- Complete and sign your Short-Term Loan for Home Improvement Application Form and prepare it along with other requirements. Once completed, submit it to the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund branch.
Step 2
- Pay for the ₱1,000 processing fee.
Step 3
- Complete the verification process. According to the Pag-IBIG Fund, this needs personal appearance before the branch where you are applying for the loan.
