    • Maximum Loanable Amount – up to 75% of the appraised value

PNB Smart Home Loan

  • Minimum Loanable Amounts
    • For residential property purchase w/in Metro Manila – Php 750,000.00
    • For residential property purchase outside Metro Manila – Php 500,000.00
    • For lot purchase w/in Metro Manila – Php 500,000.00
    • For lot purchase outside Metro Manila – Php 200,000.00
  • Maximum Loanable Amounts
    • For residential property – up to 80% of the appraised property value
    • For lot property – up to 60% of the appraised lot value
