HOME CREDIT LOAN PAYMENTS – Home Credit Philippines is offering a grace period in the payments of monthly dues.

Undeniably, a lot of people are financially struggling now due to the impact of the COVID-19 or coronavirus outbreak in the Philippines. Many people lost their daily income as one of the ways to prevent the spread is to stay at home.

Luzon, its entirety, was placed under an Enhanced Community Quarantine. The local governments in Visayas and Mindanao also implemented an ECQ in their respective provinces, cities, and municipalities.

In line with the implementation of the ECQ and the pursuit to contain the spread of coronavirus, several businesses temporarily stopped their operation. No-work-no-pay employees are greatly affected now.

Recognizing that most people lost their income amid the COVID-19 crisis, several companies including the Home Credit Philippines offered a grace period on Home Credit loan payments.

Now that the ECQ will be extended in several other cities and municipalities while other areas will be under a General Community Quarantine (GCQ), the grace period covering the Home Credit loan payments was adjusted to cover loan dues between March 17, 2020 and May 15, 2020.
