Lists of Requirements for BDO Housing Loan
If you are employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- marriage contract (if you are married)
- one (2) valid ID with matching application details (photocopy)
- latest ITR or BIR Form 2316
- latest three (3) months payslip
- Certificate of Employment with Income (COEI)
If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- marriage contract (if you are married)
- one (2) valid ID with matching application details (photocopy)
- Bank Statements or Photocopy of Passbook for the last six (6) months
- Photocopy of Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years with latest ITR
- Business Background or Company Profile
- Certificate of Business Registration from DTI or SEC, Articles of Partnership or Articles of Incorporation (whichever is applicable)
If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- marriage contract (if you are married)
- one (2) valid ID with matching application details (photocopy)
- latest Crew Contract, if sea based
- proof of Remittance for the last 3 months
- Consularized Certificate of Employment with Income (COEI) or latest three (3) months payslips
If you are a foreign national:
- duly-accomplished loan application form
- marriage contract (if you are married)
- one (2) valid ID with matching application details (photocopy)
- an active visa from:
- Holders of Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV);
- Quota or Preference Immigrant Visa Holders (Sec 13 of Phil. Immigration Act)
- Non-Quota Immigrant Visa Holder; or
- Permanent residence status and working visas issued by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (Republic Act No. 7227)
