With regards to the BDO Home Loan fees, the lists include the application processing fee which are as follows based on the location of the collateral:
- If collateral is within 30km radius from any BDO branch – Php 5,000
- If collateral is outside 30km radius from any BDO branch – Php 5,500
For approved loan applications, there are BDO Home Loan fees that are bound to be shouldered by the borrower. Here are the charges:
- Handling fee — Php 3,000
- Notarial fee — Php 200 per document
- Registration fee — Variable
- Doc Stamp Tax — Php 1.50 for every ₱200 of the loan amount
- Credit Life Insurance (CLI) Premium:
- For borrowers up to 49 years old — Php 4.75 for every ₱1,000 of the loan amount
- For borrowers ages 50 to 69 years old — Php 6.50 for every ₱1,000 of the loan amount
- Fire Insurance (FI) Premium
In the case of house construction, here are the fees that the loan applicant must be aware of:
- Inspection Fee – Php 1,500 per inspection
- Contractor’s All-Risk Insurance (CARI) — based on the amount of building materials and occupancy
