- Minimum Loanable Amount – Php 500,000.00
- Maximum Loanable Amount – Up to 80% of the appraised value of the property
- Condo Unit Acquisition
- Minimum Loanable Amount – Php 500,000.00
- Maximum Loanable Amount – Up to 70% of the appraised value of the property
- Vacant Lot
- Minimum Loanable Amount – Php 300,000.00
- Maximum Loanable Amount – Up to 70% of the appraised value of the property
Aside from the BDO Home Loan loanable amounts, the bank also posted the maximum loan terms under the offer. For the acquisition of a house and lot, the maximim term is up to twenty(20) years. For condo unit acquisition, it is up to fifteen(15) years. For the purchase of a vacant lot, you may pay for it for up to ten(10) years.
