EastWest Bank Credit Card Promo Details & Guide
EASTWEST BANK CREDIT CARD – It is currently under a promo allowing credit cardholders to make the payment of school tuition fees using it.
The tuition fees of the children at school are among the biggest expenses of most parents most especially those who are sending their kids to private schools. There are cases that paying the tuition fee for one semester in full is really challenging to the pockets. However, the best education is what every parent wants for his child and, for a lot of parents, they are willing to take the costs.
If you are a parent who deals with school tuition fees and has an EastWest Bank credit card, we have good news for you – there is currently an offer that allows credit cardholders to pay the tuition fee using the card and just repay it to the bank in monthly installments.
The EastWest Credit Cards’ Tuition Installment Facility is open to all credit cards with good standing except for the First Mastercard Credit Card. The promo started last June 28 and will last until December 31, 2021. The bank stressed that only applications made within the promo period will be processed.
Under the promo, the credit cardholder may apply for the reimbursement of the amount paid for the school tuition fee. The minimum amount that is qualified for reimbursement is Php 10,000.00 while the maximum amount would depend on the credit limit of the cardholder.
Under this EastWest Bank credit card promo offer, the minimum installment term is three (3) months while the maximum is thirty-six (36) months. The add-on rate remains at 1.00% regardless of the term. The factor rate varies and you may refer to the following:
- 3 months – 0.3433333
- 6 months – 0.1766666
- 9 months – 0.1211111
- 12 months – 0.0933333
- 18 months – 0.0655555
- 24 months – 0.0516666
- 36 months – 0.0377777
