If you want to purchase a brand new vehicle, you must prepare the following documents and submit them to the bank:

  • duly-accomplished and signed Maybank Car Loan Application Form
  • two (2) valid IDs (borrower and spouse or authorized signatory)
  • latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • if employed, prepare Certificate of Compensation indicating your income
  • if applying as self-employed, prepare latest three (3) months Bank Statements
  • if applying as partnership or corporation, prepare Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration and Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws
  • if applying as single proprietorship, prepare Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Registration
  • if applying as corporate borrowers, prepare the latest Audited Financial Statements

If you want to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, you must prepare the following documents and submit them to the bank:

  • duly-accomplished and signed Maybank Car Loan Application Form
  • Land Transportation Office (LTO) registration original and another copy
  • LTO Official Receipt of the vehicle for unit inspection and car history verification
  • two (2) valid IDs (borrower and spouse or authorized signatory)
  • latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • if employed, prepare Certificate of Compensation indicating your income
  • if applying as self-employed, prepare latest three (3) months Bank Statements
