Here’s a guide on the National ID online application process:

Step 1 — Visit www.register.philsys.gov.ph. Fill in the form by providing your demographic information to set an appointment. Provide all the information required in the fields and submit the form. Ensure a copy of the Application Reference Number (ARN) and/or your QR code as you will be needing it.

Step 2 — Visit your designated registration center on your appointment schedule. Don’t forget your PhilSys ID requirements for application, your ARN, and/or your QR code. The following are the supporting documents that you can also bring with you:

  • PSA Birth Certificate or National Statistics Office (NSO)-issued Certificate of Live Blrth with Birth Reference Number (BreN)
  • PSA-issued Report of Birth
  • Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO)-issued Certificate of Live Birth

  • Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Identification Card
