Comment only: Para sa DSWD evaluators, hindi po lahat ng may trabaho sa public o private man dapat mawalan ng karapatan maka claim ng assistance. Pansinin sana yung gross at net pay ng tao, pati yung mga properties meron ang tao, pati ang immediate dependents kung iilan at kung ano ang mga sitwasyon ng pamilya, tulad ng may malalang sakit, biglaang aksidente, etc. At sana rin, huwag ibilang ang tulong ng mga kapatid o kamag-anak bilang regular source of income lalo na pag may sariling mga pamilya na yung mga tumutulong. Finally, huwag po sanang basehan ang apelyedo sa pag-approve o pag-deny ng cash assistance, minsan kasi may mga ka apelyedo na mga may-kaya yung taong mahirap kaya dini deny na kaagad ang application for cash assistance.

nag apply po ako sa region 4 Ng educational assistance para sa enrollment Ng anak ko pero dahil daw may trabaho po ako as sales personnel Hindi raw po ako qualify, bakit po may discrminasyon Ang pag tanggap ninyo sa mga nangangailangan, kaya po ako lumapit Kasi makatulog po Sana sa pag aaral Ng aking anak, at makatapos po Ng collage, Hindi ko po maintindihan bakit kailangan po namin dumaan Ng subrang hirap sa process pero sa mga local gov pag Sila nag ask at nagpasa sa Inyo Ng tulong kahit sino nabibigyan this is unfair po pano po Kong Ang aming local gov ay namimili Ng tauhan lang nila dba masyado unfair, tulad sa akin ilang bisis na po ako nag punta Ng aming mayor sa Imus Ang Sabi wala raw student assistance pero kamakailan nagkaroon Ng pay out sa mga student, na Hindi nakasama anak ko, Kasi raw di kasama sa list mula sa school? ano yon?

Ako po a isang DSW memeber dahil po sa sakit ko multiple neuropathy namamatay ang mga nerve sa katawan. May negosyo naman po ako pero hindi sutainable lalo na sa may sakit ako. sa gamot pa lang 2000 per week hindi kaya ng kinikita ko. pwede pa rin ba akong mag apply ng financial assistance? pero dapat po kasasama lahat na member ng DSWD kasi po kami ang mga taong pilit na nag tratrabaho para lang ma tustusan ang aming mga pangangailangan kahit kami ay may kapansanan at mas maigi pa kami ang mga dapat bigyan ng ayuda ng gobyerno kasi hindi namin ginusto na magkaroon ng kapansanan. Kahit hind mahirap pero kinakaya na mabuhay pa at nag sisipag kaya kami ay may trabaho.
Ang sa akin lang naman ay dapat lahat na PWD ay bigyan nyo at kahit may trabaho hindi yan basihan na hindi na nangangailangan ng ayuda. kaya nga nagtratrabaho pa ang isang PWD kasi may pangangailangan kami na hindi lang sa pang araw araw yan ay ang gamot.
Wag nyo naman po kaming pahirapan sa aming sitwasyon walang meron kundi ang hindi namin ginustong kapansanan, sa mga PWD tulongan nyo na lang may trabaho o wala.
