One of the loans offered by Pag-IBIG Fund is the salary loan. It is also called Multi-Purpose Loan or MPL. You can find the requirements in applying for this loan offer below.

List of Requirements Pag-IBIG Salary Loan

If you are employed, prepare the following documents:

  • duly-accomplished Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF, HQP-SLF-065) in original copy
  • one (1) valid ID (photocopy)
  • the “Certificate of Net Pay” which can be found at the back of the MPL Application Form must be accomplished by the employer
  • one-month latest payslip authenticated by an authorized person of the company you are working for

If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents:

  • duly-accomplished Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF, HQP-SLF-065) in original copy
  • one (1) valid ID (photocopy)
  • proof of income
    • in original copies:
      • Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
      • Notarized Affidavit of Income
      • Commission Vouchers reflecting the name and contact details of the issuer
      • Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency
      • Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
    • in photocopy:
      • Income Tax Return (ITR)
      • Audited Financial Statements
      • Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit

If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following:

  • Employment Contract
    • Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) Standard Contract (original)
    • Employment Contract between the employee and employer (photocopy)
  • Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
    • CEC signed by employer (original copy)
    • CEC written on the Employer/Company’s official letterhead (original copy)
  • Income Tax Return filed with Host Country/Government
