Guide on Pag-IBIG ID Requirements for Application
PAG-IBIG ID REQUIREMENTS – Here are the eligibility criteria and the documentary requirements needed in getting the Loyalty Card.
One of the biggest government institutions in the country is the Pag-IBIG Fund. Millions of Filipinos are members of the Fund. Some are self-employed individuals and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) while most are locally employed individuals.
To maintain an active Pag-IBIG membership that may qualify for the benefits and loans offered by the Fund, you must comply with the monthly contributions or savings set by the government agency. The Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan, a multi-purpose cash loan, is one of the offers of the state institution.
Pag-IBIG Fund members may also get an ID which can be used for various processes. There are Pag-IBIG ID requirements that you must prepare for in getting the Loyalty Card. You need to prepare the following:
- Two (2) valid IDs
- one valid ID and its photocopy to be used during the application process
- the other ID to be left with the guard upon entry
- Permanent Membership ID (MID) number
- Active Pag-IBIG membership
In the preparation for Pag-IBIG ID requirements, please do not consider the PhilHealth ID and TIN ID as they are no longer accepted by the Pag-IBIG Fund as valid IDs. For a guide on how to apply for the Pag-IBIG ID, here are the steps you may follow:
- Step 1 — Ask for a copy of the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus Application Form or download it online from Pag-IBIG Fund’s website. Fill out the form with the required information.
- Step 2 — Submit the duly-accomplished and signed form along with your valid ID to Pag-IBIG Fund.
- Step 3 — Pay the registration fee of P125 and get the receipt. You will need it in claiming your ID.
- Step 4 — Go to the biometrics section for your picture and fingerprints-taking.
- Step 5 — Review all the information you gave. Correct errors and mispellings.
- Step 6 — Claim your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card and PIN Mailer.
