  • employed / self-employed / voluntary SSS member
  • at least 65 years old upon the loan application
  • at least thirty-six (36) monthly contributions
  • employer must be updated in posting the monthly contributions
  • not a recipient of a final benefit such as retirement benefit
  • no fraud case against the SSS

    Since March 23, 2020, filed a SSS Salary Loan from Online and approved by our HRD. Until now, I have not receive my Cheque, due to EQC in manila. Which the Company fleet to retrieve the cheques in SSS Main. And now, i have receive the note from my mobile to pay for the monthly dues.

    Due to non receive cheque, what should I do?

  9. Tanong ko lang kung magkano na ma loan 7 yrs na ako nag hulog ng sss voluntary ako na tigil nga lang pag hulog nung pag lockdown. Na wala din ang sss id ko. .

  46. How can I avail withvthis benefit If I cant register with ny SSS portal I have tried many times but I can’t get through it. How can I monitor my SSS account online? Hope SSS will do something about it. Why do SSS don’t make easier way to register online all its members? I know that I am not alone with this problem. Hope you do somehing about it

  47. Hi. Good day. My father, Sofredo Sumogat Maningo, was a member of SSS way back 1970’s when he worked at a private fishing firm. After the firm declared bunckruptcy he was not able to remit for his membership.
    We would like to know how we can check if his membership can be renewed. He is now 87 years old.

  58. I have SSS since single and i did not updated with in fast few year. My Id used is still old but in fast few more year i will pay during abroad and up to now. Did my SSS still valid and qualified for loan and retirement pay.

  66. Can I have Unemployment Benefit since I was issued by Dole Region IVA a Dole Certificate due to Pandemic Situation. I am a long time member and has a Contribution of 168 months. We and personally myself needed it badly this time. I have a previous loan balance around 13,000 plus.

Isang member po ako ng SSS , Ano ano po ang kailangan para sa change name before and after at yung sa beneficiaries po papalitan ko kasi nung binata pa po ako at sa ngayon may asawa na po ako gusto ko pong palitan ang aking beneficiaries. At paano ko po makita kung magkano na po ang aking naihulog sa SSS bilang isang miyembro.
    Maraming salamat po at umaasang naghihintay sa mga kasagutan.

  126. I was one of the employee who was retrench from my company last March 19, 2021. Can I claim any assistance from SSS. I already ask a certificate from DOLE for this unemployment status. But up to now for almost 4 months no response from them. I have my retrenchment letter from my company. And up to now I still don’t have work. Can you help me please on this. Thank you.

  156. almost 7 years na po ako nakahulog sa sss ang huli po ay 2014. Anu po ba gagawin ko itutuloy ko po ba hulog hanggang 10 years at pwede narin ba ako mag apply ng loan? Maraming salamat po.
