Pag-IBIG Fund offers several types of loans to its members. One of those that has a lot of applicants is its housing loan – visibly because many acquired houses they can call their own through it.

The Pag-IBIG Housing Loan is open for all members of the government agency who have paid not less than 24 monthly contributions. Meanwhile, if you have not reached the said qualification, you may pay for a lump sum and apply for the loan.

Pag-IBIG Fund has set basic requirements upon the loan application and some required documents that must be submitted prior to the release of the borrowed amount.

Basic Requirements Upon Loan Application

  • Housing Loan Application with recent ID photo of borrower/co-borrower (if applicable) (2 copies, HQP-HLF-068/069)
  • Proof of Income depending on your employment
  • One (1) valid ID (Photocopy, back-to-back) of Principal Borrower and Spouse, Co-Borrower and Spouse, Seller and Spouse and Developer’s Authorized Representative and Attorney-In-Fact, if applicable
  • Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) (latest title, Certified True Copy). For Condominium Unit, present TCT of the land and Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) (Certified True Copy).
  • Updated Tax Declaration (House and Lot) and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (photocopy)
  • Contract-to-Sell or similar agreement between the buyer and seller
  • Vicinity Map/Sketch of the Property

Required Documents Prior to Loan Release

  • TCT/CCT in the name of the borrower/co-borrower/s (if applicable) with proper mortgage annotation in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund (Owner’s Duplicate Copy)
  • TCT/CCT in the name of the borrower/co-borrower/s (if applicable) (Certified True Copy) with proper mortgage annotation in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund (RD’s copy)
  • Updated Tax Declaration (House and Lot) and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (Photocopy) in the name of the borrower/co-borrower/s, if applicable
  • Loan Mortgage Documents
  1. Loan and Mortgage Agreement duly registered with Registry of Deeds with original RD stamp (HQP-HLF-162/163)
  2. Deed of Absolute Sale duly registered with Registry of Deeds with original RD stamp
  3. Duly accomplished/notarized Promissory Note (HQP-HLF-086/087)
  4. Disclosure Statement on Loan Transaction (HQP-HLF-085)

You may submit these requirements together with your duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Housing Loan application form to any office of the government agency.

  2. I buy a unit condo from a pagibigborrower, with only a deed of absolute sale on hand and the condo title can i take a Pag ibig housing loan? Iam paying off the monthly amortasation and the balance as of today is more or lessP350k. Thank you for an early reply.

  3. Good day, may i just inquire ! May land title has been mortgage in a private lending institution. And i want it to be redeem..so may i just inquire if pwede ba ito ma redeem ng pag-ibig. I have an existing loan sa mpl,, pwede ba ito consider..kasi malaki talaga interest ng lending institution,, kaya nagbabakasakali ako na pwede ito sa pag-ibig…Thank you..

  5. Mayroon po kaming inassume na property and under na po sa pag-ibig housing loan pero under parin sa name ng dating may ari ng bahay kapag nagbabayad kami ng monthly amortization. Gusto ko pong ipalipat sa name ko,ano po ang dapat kong gawin?
