Some banks in the Philippines got more than one salary loan offers for the public. One of these banks is the Asia United Bank or also called as AUB. It has offers for both locally-employed individuals and the seafarers.

AUB CasHelp

The Asia United Bank (AUB) CasHelp is a multi-purpose salary loan that is open for the companies of accredited companies. You may apply for it to fund a big purchase, an event celebration, a bill payment, a payment of school tuition fees, etc.

To be eligible for this loan offer, the applicant must be:

• a regular employee of an accredited company with at least one(1) year work tenure
• having a monthly amortization that is not above 25% of his or her net income
• earning at least Php 10,000.00 per month

With regards to how much you can borrow under this loan offer, here are the minimum and maximum loanable amounts under it:

• Minimum Loanable Amount – Php 30,000.00
• Maximum Loanable Amount – Php 250,000.00

You can pay for the loan for up to thirty-six(36) months. For your convenience, it can be done through a salary deduction. The interest rates depends on the approval of the bank. For companies that are yet to be accredited, the following are the requirements for accreditation:

• Latest three (3) years Audited Financial Statement
• Latest General Info Sheet
• SEC Registration Certificate
• Company/Employee Profile

AUB Seafarers Loan

If you are a seafarer, you may also apply for the AUB Seafarer’s Loan, also one of the AUB Salary Loans. The bank has not provided the minimum loanable amount but here is the maximum loanable amount under this loan offer:

• Maximum Loanable Amount – Php 500,000.00

To be eligible, the applicant must be:

• a Filipino citizen
• at least 21 years old but not more than sixty(60) years old on the maturity date of the loan
• having an open account with AUB
• a completer of at least one(1) year employment contract
• having a minimum gross salary of USD$1,000.00

Requirements:

• Completely filled out and signed Application Form
• Photocopy of Employment Contract with POEA stamp
• Photocopy of Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Photocopy of Seafarers Registration Certificate (SRC)
• Allotment Arrangement certified by the company
• Latest proof of billing
• Certificate of Departure issued by manning agency
• Authority to deduct from AUB account
