BPI HOUSE CONSTRUCTION LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Below are the documents that you need to prepare and submit in applying for a loan.

The Bank of the Philippine Islands or more commonly called BPI is one of those that you can turn to for housing loan offers. Its offers cover the purposes of financing a residential property acquisition, house construction, home renovation, and home loan takeout.

List of BPI House Construction Loan Requirements:

  • duly-accomplished loan application form (if married, the spouse must also sign on the application form; if with co-borrower or co-mortgagor, a seperate application form must be submitted)
  • two (2) valid identification cards
  • proof of income
    • If locally employed:
      • COE or Certificate of Employment
      • latest ITR or Income Tax Return for the last two (2) years
    • If self-employed:
      • audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years
      • Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws with SEC Registration Certificate
      • DTI Registration
      • ITR w/ statement of Assets and Liabilities (SAL) for the last two (2) years
      • bank statements for the past six (6) months
      • list of trade references
    • If overseas Filipino worker:
      • Certificate of Employment or Contract authenticated by the Philippine Consulate
      • proof of monthly remittances
      • notarized or authenticated Special Power of Attorney
      • if seaman, crew contract and POEA-validated Exit Pass
    • If practicing doctor:
      • clinic address and schedule
    • If from commission:
      • bank statements or vouchers in the last six (6) months
    • If from rental of properties:
      • copy of Land Title
      • rental or lease contract
  • Collateral documents:
    • Lot Plan with Location/Vicinity Map certified by licensed Geodetic Engineer
    • Clear copy of Owner’s Duplicate Copy of TCT/CCT
    • Endorsement Letter / computation sheet / Contract to Sell from developer stating the contract price (for accredited developer/project)
    • Photocopy of Tax declaration / Tax receipts / Tax clearance
