A. Visit your depository bank

  • Prepare an affidavit of lost and have it notarized by a lawyer. Submit it to the Landbank branch where you usually deposit or where you opened your account.

B. Call Landbank

  • Dial 405-7000
  • Press 2 – For More LandBank Phone Access Services
  • Key in your ten-digit bank account number and four-digit telephone access number
  • Press 2 – Report a Lost/Stolen Card
  • Press 1 – To Continue

C. Log in to IAccess

  • Log in to your account via https://www.lbpiaccess.com.
  • Under Features click on “Report of Lost/Stolen ATM Card”
  • Select Account Number
  • Click “Next”
  • Confirmation/Card successfully tagged.
