If Employed:

  • duly-accomplished PNB Housing Loan Application Form
  • clear copy of one (1) valid government-issued ID bearing photo of borrower/spouse/co-borrower/signatories of the loan
  • any of the following:
    • latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
    • latest Certificate of Employment with Compensation
    • latest 3 months payslip
  • collateral documents
    • standard
      • copy of Tax Declaration on Land or Building
      • copy of collateral title (TCT, CCT)
      • lot plan
      • vicinity map
    • for construction:
      • building specification
      • building/floor plan
      • bill of materials
    • acquisition of accredited developer
      • contract to sell
    • for vacant lot or house and lot purchase
      • Deed of Absolute Sale or Contract to Sell
    • for refinancing or loan take-out
      • Statement of Account from mortgagee bank

If Self-Employed:

  • duly accomplished PNB Housing Loan Application Form
  • clear copy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of loan applicant, spouse, co-borrrower, and other loan signatories
  • DTI Certificate of Registration or Business Mayor’s Permit
  • any of the following income documents:
    • 6 months bank statement
    • ITR/AFS
  • collateral documents
    • standard
      • copy of Tax Declaration on Land or Building
      • copy of collateral title (TCT, CCT)
      • lot plan
      • vicinity map
    • for construction:
      • building specification
      • building/floor plan
      • bill of materials
    • acquisition of accredited developer
      • contract to sell
    • for vacant lot or house and lot purchase
      • Deed of Absolute Sale or Contract to Sell
    • for refinancing or loan take-out
      • Statement of Account from mortgagee bank

If overseas Filipino worker (OFW):
