  1. We have a housing loan under UCPB. We have been requesting for an update from your company fornthe repricing of our loan should there be any. We need the confirmed amount that we will need to write on the cheque that we will provide. We have been asking for these ven before the quarantine period and your company is not that cooperative or responsive to our request and inquiries.
The last cheque that was collected has a date for March 2020 which you have encashed last March 4, 2020.

The housing loan is under the name of Dante De Jesus and Jeanny Cabudsan De Jesus. We do have funds to pay our regular monthly for the loan and we don’t want to get penalized for any late payment due to UCPB unable to update us.

Please contact US immediately on how we can have this fixed. We can send the Cheques to UCPB through any courier since we are still on lock-down situation. Appreciate your cooperation.

By the way, we try to call.your hotline but not available.
