- Business Papers, registered at the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Articles of Inc and By-Laws and Latest GIS
- latest income documents
- Income Tax Return (ITR) with Audited Financial Statement
- two (2) valid government-issued IDs
- proof of billing
