Finance Charge

The Finance Charge is 3.5% Monthly Effective Interest Rate (EIR). The computation is based on the average balance in your card daily. Minimum amount payment based on the billing will lead to interest or charges.

Late Payment Charge – Php 750.00

Cash Advance Service Fee

The Cash Advance Service Fee is whichever is higher between Php 300.000 or 6% of the amount of transaction. There would be an additional of Php 500.00 if done over the counter.

For Corporate Cards, the cash advance fee would be 2.9% of the transaction amount.

Overlimit Fee

When there is an excess on the transaction limit, Php 500.00 is automatically charged to the cardholder on the cycle date.

Sale Slip Retrieval Fee

Php 200.00 per transaction slip requested

Returned Check Fee

Php 1,500 per returned check

Dispute Fee

Php 1,000 per valid dispute case

Refund Fee

The refund fee is Php 50.00. It includes the cost of processing of a refund request in Manager’s Check due to the overpayment of a cardholder.

Pre-Termination Fee

This is applied to all pre-terminated Installment Transactions. The fee would be whichever is higher between Php 500.00 or 5% of the remaining principal balance.

Service Fee for Foreign Currency Transactions

Based on the bank info, all currencies are automatically converted to Philippine Peso on posting date.

  • Classic and Gold Cards: 3% Fee
  • Platinum Cards: 2% Fee
