Who are qualified to apply for S&R Gold Membership?
- According to S&R, any individual with two (2) valid photo IDs may apply for this card. Any two (2) of the following I.D.s may be submitted for primary and extension cardholder membership:
- Passport – Voter’s I.D
- Driver’s Licence – Tin NO. Card
- SSS/GSIS I.D. (Digitized) – Postal I.D
- PRC License – Company I.D
- NBI Clearance – School I.D
Requirements in Applying for S&R Gold Membership:
- photocopy of 2 of the following valid I.D.’s (with photo) for each CARDholder
- duly-accomplished S&R Membership Application Form
- appropriate fee for membership
