PCSO LOTTO JACKPOT CASH PRIZES – Here are the monetary prizes under the PCSO major lotto games as of today, Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
Many Filipinos have thought at least once in their lives what they are gonna do with the huge money if they will a major lotto jackpot prize. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), the authorized lotto operator in the country, runs several minor and major lotto games.
The PCSO major lotto games have the biggest prizes. These primary lotto games are the Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Megalotto 6/45, and Lotto 6/42. They have different draw schedules in a week but all major lotto draws are set at 9:00 p.m.
Aside from the major lotto games, the PCSO also runs minor lotto games such as the Swertres Lotto, EZ2 Lotto, and Small Town Lottery (STL) games. These minor lotto games have daily draws but are limited to specific regions or areas.
Usually, the grand prizes for the major lotto games of the PCSO goes beyond Php 5 million. Every time that there is no lucky bettor who got the winning combination in a draw, the jackpot prizes go up.
Recently, a bettor of the 6/58 Ultra Lotto claimed the highest jackpot prize among the major lotto games. The lotto winner bagged ₱366,687,465.20 for getting the winning combination.
The PCSO cash prizes that are above P10,0001 arte subject to a 20% tax deduction as mandated by the TRAIN Law. Furthermore, winners must claim their prizes within one year from the winning draw to avoid forfeiture.
The grand prizes continue to grow with each draw where no participant secures the winning combination. As of today, Tuesday, July 4, 2023, the following are the current cash prizes for the lotto jackpots, according to the PCSO:
- Ultra Lotto 6/58: ₱49,500,000.00
- Grand Lotto 6/55: ₱53,301,641.20
- Super Lotto 6/49: ₱28,386,771.40
- Mega Lotto 6/45: ₱12,913,009.60
- Lotto 6/42: not yet announced
