Update on Lotto Jackpot Cash Prizes as of March 22, 2022
LOTTO JACKPOT CASH PRIZES – Here is a list of the current jackpot prizes of some major lotto games of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as of March 22, 2022.
A lot of people have thought at least once in their lives about what they are going to do with the money if they will win a major lotto game. Are you one of these individuals? Truth be told that the lotto games, most especially the major lotto games, have jaw-dropping prizes that can really change your life.
In the Philippines, the body that is in charge of the legal lotto games is the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) or more commonly called PCSO. It runs several major and minor lotto games. Each major lotto game has at least two (2) draw schedules in a week while the minor lotto games have daily draws.
With regards to the jackpot prizes, a lotto winner may win as much as Php 4,500.00. The prize is exact for all the winners unlike in the major lotto games where the amount will be shared by all the winners.
Meanwhile, despite the possibility of sharing the monetary prize with other winners, the lotto jackpot cash prizes for the major lotto games are multi-million. There are five (5) major lotto games – the 6/58 Ultra Lotto, 6/55 Grand Lotto, 6/49 Super Lotto, 6/45 Mega Lotto, and Lotto 6/42.
The lotto jackpot cash prizes accumulate every time there is no winner in a draw. Currently, three (3) jackpot prizes have yet to be won. According to PCSO, here are the jackpot prizes for 6/55 Grand Lotto, 6/45 Mega Lotto, and 6/42 Lotto as of March 20, 2022:
- 6/55 Grand Lotto: Php 29,700,000.00
- 6/45 Mega Lotto: Php 28,629,945.40
- 6/42 Lotto: Php 18,726,352.60
The jackpot prizes of the PCSO major lotto games are subject to a 20% tax deduction. The prize must be claimed within a year from the winning date.
