Pag-IBIG Fund Offers Loan for Victims of Typhoon Odette

PAG-IBIG FUND – The government agency allotted P5 billion for the calamity loan offer for members who were affected by Typhoon Odette.

Typhoon Odette is the strongest typhoon to have hit the Philippines this year 2021. Many families were left homeless and several cities experienced massive infrastructure damage. The calamity left a lot of cities submerged in floodwater.

During the onslaught of the typhoon, power and communication lines were down. Until now, several areas have no electricity. Many cities are in need of help to recover from the impacts of the calamity.

Currently, a lot of Filipinos are staying in evacuation centers and temporary shelters. Many families lost their homes to strong winds, heavy rains, and trees that fell due to the strong winds. A lot of people are in need of help now.
