Steps for SSS Personal Cash Loan Application
Step 1 – Are you qualified to apply for this SSS loan offer? There are eligibility requirements set by the social insurance institution. To qualify in applying for the offer, the applicant must be a Filipino of legal age and must have posted at least 24 monthly savings.
Step 2 – Prepare the documentary requirements. There are requirements that you must submit for the SSS Salary Loan application. The documents that you need to prepare and submit depend on who will process the loan application.

- For loan applications processed by an authorized representative:
- duly-accomplished Member Loan Application Form
- Letter of Authority (LOA) from employer
- SSS-issued Authorized Company Representative (ACR) card
- Member-borrower’s SS card or Application for SS card (SS Form E-6) acknowledgment stub and two (2) valid IDs
- two (2) valid IDs both with signature and at least one with photo
- For loans to be processed by employer or company’s authorized representative:
- duly-accomplished Member Loan Application Form

- Letter of Authority (LOA) from employer
