- Step 1 — Download and print the ADA Form.
- Step 2 — Fill out the form with your bank information.
- Step 3 — Affix your signature to the form preferably using a pen with blue ink.
- Step 4 — Send the signed ADA form to Home Credit Philippines. Address it to 11/F Vertis North Corporate Tower 1, Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City.
Electronic Enrollment:
- Step 1 — Log in to your Metrobank App.
- Step 2 — Go to Real Time Debit.
- Step 3 — Tap or Click + to create a new request.
- Step 4 — Read and accept the Terms and Conditions to the Authorization to Debit Account (ATDA) Arrangement.
- Step 5 — Pick HOME CREDIT as Biller from the list of available Real Time Debit Billers.
- Step 6 — Enter the Subscriber Number and Alias, then tap or click Next.
- Step 7 — Choose the Account Number to be enrolled in the ADA Arrangement.
- Step 8 — Review the information provided and confirm the request.
- Step 9 — Submit the One-Time Password (OTP) for Authentication.
- Step 10 — An acknowledgment will be shown on your screen once the request is completed.
