The DOST provides scholarships for undergraduate studies. In fact, it has several scholarship programs including the S&T undergraduate scholarships under the DOST-SEI Merit Program and the Republic Act No. 7687 or the Science and Technology Scholarship Act of 1994.

Step 1 — Visit the E-Application of the DOST and register for an account using your valid e-mail address. Log in to your account.
Step 2 — Open the email sent to you and answer the questions in the Eligibility Module.
Step 3 — Answer the next modules such as the following:

- Family Data
- Financial Contribution
- Household Information Questionnaire
- School Information
Step 4 — Upload your requirements which must be in .jpeg, .png, .bmp, and/or .pdf file types. The file size must not go beyond 5MB per upload.
Step 5 — For successful scholarship applications, you will proceed to the selection of the location of the test center. Your chosen testing center will be the basis on the location where you will be assigned to take the qualifying examination.
Step 6 — Review all your answer to the modules. Once everything is right for you, press “Submit”.
