  • Withdrawal Transaction at BancNet ATMs – Php 11.00 / single transaction
  • Balance Inquiry at BancNet ATMs – Php 2.00 / single transaction
  • Withdrawal at Mastercard and Visa Plus ATMs – US$ 3.50 / single transaction
  • Balance Inquiry or Rejected Transactions (insufficient funds, wrong PIN, etc.) at Mastercard and Visa Plus ATMs – US$ 1.00 / single transaction
  • POS Balance Inquiry and Purchase – Free
  • Foreign Exchange Conversion Rate Fee – Assessment fee of 1% plus service fee of 1% of the converted amount based on the prevailing foreign exchange rate of BDO at the time of transaction.

With regards to the transaction limits, here is the list set by BDO:

BDO ATM Withdrawal

  • Maximum amount per day: Php 50,000
  • Maximum amount per single transaction: Php 10,000
  • Minimum amount per single transaction: Php 200

Point of Sale (POS) Purchase Transaction

  • PIN-based transaction per day: Php 100,000

Combined Online, Tap and Signature Based Transaction

  • Total maximum amount per day: Php 25,000
